HR ISSUES
Two major amendments to the Labour Code came into force in 2023 – one relates to remote working and employee sobriety testing, and the other implements two EU directives into the Labour Code (including changes to probationary contracts, fixed-term contracts, new carer’s leave, longer breaks at work, changes to maternity pay and many others). Current trends include a shorter working week and better work-life balance.
The services offered (legal support) include:
- Development of rules and regulations for remote working and other documents related to this aspect, e.g. models for new applications, information and statements, data protection procedures for remote working, occupational risk assessment for remote working.
- Preparation of legal documentation related to employment (employment contracts, non-competition agreements, agreements regulating the material liability of employees, civil law contracts, management contracts).
- Drafting of in-house rules and regulations
- Carrying out audits of personnel files and other documentation relating to the employment relationship.
- Legal assistance in the employment of foreigners
